Dorian Guerard

Dorian Guerard, DTM, is a speaker and author who brings a diverse set of skills to everything she does. Her leadership experience includes being Provincial President of the P.E.O. Sisterhood. For the term 2014-2015, she was elected Toastmasters International District 64 District Governor. She was proud to lead the team to Distinguished District status and was inducted into the Toastmasters Hall of Fame.

Recent experiences with volunteer organizations that were struggling to survive led her to the ABCs of Organizational Change. This provides a workable path to follow so people will feel confident that no stone is left unturned as they come to a decision about the future of their organization. Just like teams often need to make changes to work more effectively, so do organizations, especially if they want to thrive.

Her latest activity is her Never Too Old or Too Late blog designed to provide information especially for seniors about travel, cruises, and amazing local finds she calls “Manitoba Treasures.”
